01 / The Problem

One Painful Workflow. Fixed Fast. No Long Project.

Pain №1
"
We already pay for a software, but my operations manager still spends half a day rebuilding owner reports manually every single month. I don't even know how the formulas work anymore."
Operations Director, Property Management
Pain №2
"
"Every month I export from three different systems, paste into a master spreadsheet, fix the formatting, double-check the numbers, and pray nothing broke. It takes my whole Monday morning."
"Owner reports built by hand every month so the software is useless."
Pain №3
"
"We have a 'reporting person.' If she's out, nobody can produce the report. We built the whole process around one employee's tribal knowledge."
COO, Regional Services Company
Pain №4
"
There are three versions of last month's report floating around in email threads. I genuinely don't know which one is correct and neither does anyone else.
Director of Operations, Franchise Group
Pain №5
"
"We tried building this in Power BI. Took 6 weeks, costs a consultant $150/hr, and the report still doesn't look right. Nobody trusts the numbers."
VP of Finance, Growth-Stage Business
Pain №6
"
"My team sends the same recurring reports to clients every week. It's manual, it's prone to mistakes, and I'm paying people $40/hr to copy-paste data."
Account Manager, Agency Operations

02 / What We've Built

6 Real Apps we’ve built that were costing businesses time and money. Fixed.

App №01Contract Workflow

Recurring Report Automation

we build the workflow that pulls your data, formats it exactly how it needs to look, and delivers it automatically.

Result: Errors caught before they cost a mistake.
App №02Data Consolidation

Multi Source Data Consolidation and Automated Reporting

Pull data from your PMS, accounting software, spreadsheets, or APIs into one clean report output. No more copy-paste across systems.

App №03Invoice Processing

Owner and Client Reports Automation

12 owner/Client reports that used to take a 3 days go out automatically — personalized, on time, every time.

Fix №01Client Reports Automation

Spreadsheet Reporting Automation

If your process runs on a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, we replace it with a reliable automated workflow that runs without human intervention.

No more broken formulas, version chaos, or tribal knowledge. The process works even when the spreadsheet person is out. No more reports built by hand every month.
Fix №02Process Automation

Reports Dashboard Automation

Real-time or scheduled dashboards that update automatically from your data sources — so the numbers are always current without anyone refreshing them.

Your dashboard reflects live data — no manual refresh, no stale numbers. , No "is this current?" questions.
Fix №03Your Workflow Automation

Is your reports automation and workflow next?

QuickBuild doesn't replace your existing software. We build the focused automation layer that connects your tools, runs the logic, formats the output, and delivers the report — without your team touching it. Prototype first. You don't pay until you've seen it work.

Next step: Show us the workflow. 20 minutes. No commitment.
03 / How It Works

3 Steps. No surprises. Your problem, solved.

01
Free · 20 minutes

A scoping call.

Tell us about the painful process. Show us your ugly spreadsheet. We tell you whether it's a fit, what we'd build, and how long it'll take. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

02
Two weeks · On us

We build it.

We build the app on our dime. Not a mockup. Not a slide deck. A working app, doing the actual job, on real examples from your business.

03
You decide

Demo. Buy. Or pass.

We show you the app. If you like it, you pay $5,000 and it's yours forever. If you don't, you walk away. No hard feelings, no clawback, no awkward conversation.

Here's exactly what happens on the call.

A lot of people almost don't book because they expect to get pitched at for 45 minutes. That's not what this is.

First 10 min

You show us the workflow

Screen share, walk us through it. Show us the spreadsheet, the email chain, the manual process. The messier the better — we want to see the real thing, not a cleaned-up version.

Next 10 min

We ask a few questions

Who uses this? What breaks? What does "fixed" actually look like for your team? We're trying to understand the problem, not sell you on a solution.

Last 10 min

We tell you what we'd build

If it's a good fit, we describe the tool, the scope, and exactly what it would cost. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you that honestly and save everyone time. No follow-up pressure either way.

You leave knowing exactly what a fix looks like and what it costs. No obligation.

04 / Why Not...

You’ve already tried the other options. You’re still doing this by hand.

Option
Where it breaks down
QuickBuild
Manual / Spreadsheets
Works until volume increases, the person doing it quits, or the errors finally cost you. A $20/hr employee spending 10 hours/week on this costs $10,400 a year before mistakes.
Fix it for $5,000, in two weeks, and your team never touches that spreadsheet again.
Generic SaaS
$100–$800/month, forever. Built for everyone, perfect for no one. Three workarounds and a Zapier later, it almost works. The bill never stops.
$5,000 once. Does exactly what you need. Pays for itself in ten months. Then it's free forever.
Freelancers / Agencies
$15K–$75K, hourly billing, timelines measured in months. Junior dev shows up after senior sold the deal. Scope creep is the business model.
Same thing, but fixed price, two weeks, with a guarantee. And we're local. Walk into our office.
"We'll Build It Someday"
It never happens. The internal team is busy keeping the lights on. The project lives on a whiteboard for a year, then two.
We'll have it done in two weeks. If you ever want to take it over, we hand you the code.
05 / The Guarantee
We build it. We demo it.

06 / Where We Are

We’re rooted right here. Real office, real phone, not a faceless platform.

We answer the phone. We know the businesses on Main Street. And the airport flight display you saw last time you flew out of La Crosse? We built that.

LTC Software Solutions has been building software in the Coulee Region for years. We're members of the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce. We're not going anywhere. When you need a change to your app two years from now, we'll still be here, in the same office, picking up the phone.

Come show us the thing that's driving your team crazy. We love coffee. We love Old Fashioneds even more.

07 / Common Questions

Things people ask before they book the call.

01 What if our problem is bigger than $5,000?
For bigger projects we agree on a prototype scope and a timebox. We build it, show you what we've got, and give you a price for the full thing. You decide from there. If you pass, you walk away. No charge for the prototype.
02 Can you automate reports from software I'm already using?
Yes — that's exactly the use case. We connect to your existing tools (property management software, accounting platforms, spreadsheets, CRMs) and build the automation layer on top. You don't replace anything. We just stop the manual work in between.
03 What if we want changes after it's built?
Small tweaks are cheap and fast. Medium enhancements get a fixed quote. Major new features become another QuickBuild: same fixed price, same guarantee, same two-week timeline.
04 We already tried building this internally. Why would this be different?
Internal builds fail for two reasons: scope creep and no deadline. We scope one painful workflow, build a working prototype in two weeks, and you see it before you pay anything. If it doesn't deliver, you don't pay. That's a different kind of accountability than an internal project on a whiteboard.
05 What if our reporting process is too complicated or unique to automate?
Complicated usually just means undocumented. Most reporting workflows — even the ones that feel chaotic — follow a repeatable pattern once we map them out. Show us the spreadsheet, walk us through the process on a 20-minute call, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's automatable and what that looks like.
06 What if the problem isn't a fit?
We'll tell you on the scoping call. Some problems aren't right for QuickBuild (anything compliance-heavy, anything requiring deep integrations across many enterprise systems, anything that needs a six-month build). If it's not a fit, we'll say so, and offer other options.
07 Is this going to cost us $50,000 like the last custom software project?
No. We're not building your entire tech stack. We fix one workflow at a time. The price is $5,000 flat — not hourly, not open-ended. And you don't pay until you've seen it work.
