Custom software for the small business that's held together by spreadsheets and willpower.

QuickBuild turns painful spreadsheets, manual tracking, and messy workflows into simple custom business apps.

Business Process that eats hours every week? Copying numbers from emails into a spreadsheet? Reading a 200-page PDF to find the parts that matter? Checking a website nobody else remembers to check?

Custom software could fix it. But it has always been too expensive.

We changed that.

01 / The Problem

QuickBuild is for businesses that rely on spreadsheets, email threads, manual reports, and disconnected tools to run important processes.

LTC Software Solutions helps turn those workflows into simple custom apps your team can actually use.

The problem is not your team. It’s the process. You thought there wasn’t a fix you could afford.

Pain №1
"
My office manager spends half her day copying numbers from emails into a spreadsheet. It's mind-numbing, and mistakes slip through all the time.
Drowning in data entry
Pain №2
"
We have people reviewing documents all day, and they still miss stuff. One mistake can cost us thousands. Or a deal.
Humans keep missing things
Pain №3
"
Every batch is 200+ pages. Someone has to read through the whole thing to figure out which projects we should go after. We still miss opportunities.
Buried in long documents
Pain №4
"
We pay $500 a month for this tool and use maybe three features. But I can't find anything else that does just what we need.
Paying for what you don't use
Pain №5
"
I have information in three different places and someone has to pull it all together manually every time I need a complete picture.
Data trapped in silos
Pain №6
"
We get hundreds of emails a day and important ones get buried. By the time we see a problem report, it's already a crisis.

02 / What We've Built

Custom business apps for the manual work your team keeps repeating

6 Real Apps. 6 Real workflows that were costing businesses time and money. Fixed.

App №01Accounting · Document AI

Invoice Email Processor

Watches an inbox for incoming invoices. Reads each one (including messy scans), extracts amounts, dates, vendor info, and line items, and produces a clean spreadsheet ready for accounting import. Hours of weekly typing, gone.

Result: Eliminated daily manual data entry. Fewer keying errors. Staff redirected to work that requires judgment.
App №02Real Estate

Realtor Contract Scanner

Scans listing contracts (including handwritten fields), flags anything missing or incorrect, and extracts key data into a structured format. Agents get instant feedback before submission.

Result: Errors caught before they cost a deal.
App №03Construction · BD

DOT Lettings Pipeline

Monitors DOT websites, parses 200-page letting documents, surfaces only the qualified opportunities for the BD team to follow up on.

Result: No more missed postings.
App №04Commercial Real Estate

CRE Listing Aggregator

Pulls listings from multiple sources, matches them against specific buyer criteria, and presents a single always-current feed. Replaced a scattered manual process with one source of truth.

Result: Every relevant listing surfaces the moment it appears.
App №05Quality Programs

Quality Email Analyzer

Monitors a shared Quality mailbox, categorizes each forwarded email by problem type, enriches it, and saves it to a database. The team finds patterns instead of reading emails.

Result: Analytics that were impractical by hand now happen automatically.
App №06Public · Real-Time Display

Look up next time you fly out of La Crosse.

The live flight information displays at LSE Regional Airport are ours. Real-time arrivals and departures, running on public screens at the gates. Updates automatically. Zero manual intervention. Running, unattended, in front of every traveler walking through that airport.

Result: Live at LSE today. Go see it.
03 / How It Works

3 Steps. No surprises. Your problem, solved.

01
Free · 20 minutes

A scoping call.

Tell us about the painful process. Show us your ugly spreadsheet. We tell you whether it's a fit, what we'd build, and how long it'll take. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

02
Two weeks · On us

We build it.

We build the app on our dime. Not a mockup. Not a slide deck. A working app, doing the actual job, on real examples from your business.

03
You decide

Demo. Buy. Or pass.

We show you the app. If you like it, you pay $5,000 and it's yours forever. If you don't, you walk away. No hard feelings, no clawback, no awkward conversation.

04 / Why Not...

You’ve already tried the other options. You’re still doing this by hand.

Option
Where it breaks down
QuickBuild
Manual / Spreadsheets
Works until volume increases, the person doing it quits, or the errors finally cost you. A $20/hr employee spending 10 hours/week on this costs $10,400 a year before mistakes.
Fix it for $5,000, in two weeks, and your team never touches that spreadsheet again.
Generic SaaS
$100–$800/month, forever. Built for everyone, perfect for no one. Three workarounds and a Zapier later, it almost works. The bill never stops.
$5,000 once. Does exactly what you need. Pays for itself in ten months. Then it's free forever.
Freelancers / Agencies
$15K–$75K, hourly billing, timelines measured in months. Junior dev shows up after senior sold the deal. Scope creep is the business model.
Same thing, but fixed price, two weeks, with a guarantee. And we're local. Walk into our office.
"We'll Build It Someday"
It never happens. The internal team is busy keeping the lights on. The project lives on a whiteboard for a year, then two.
We'll have it done in two weeks. If you ever want to take it over, we hand you the code.
05 / The Guarantee
We build it. We demo it.
You decide.
If you don't want it, you don't pay.
No risk
$0
if you pass
06 / Where We Are

We’re rooted right here. Real office, real phone, not a faceless platform.

We answer the phone. We know the businesses on Main Street. And the airport flight display you saw last time you flew out of La Crosse? We built that.

LTC Software Solutions has been building software in the Coulee Region for years. We're members of the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce. We're not going anywhere. When you need a change to your app two years from now, we'll still be here, in the same office, picking up the phone.

Come show us the thing that's driving your team crazy. We love coffee. We love Old Fashioneds even more.

07 / Common Questions

Things people ask before they book the call.

01 What if our problem is bigger than $5,000?
For bigger projects we agree on a prototype scope and a timebox. We build it, show you what we've got, and give you a price for the full thing. You decide from there. If you pass, you walk away. No charge for the prototype.
02 Who owns the code when you're done?
You do. The app is yours. If your team ever wants to take it over, we hand over all the code. No lock-in, no platform tax.
03 What if we want changes after it's built?
Small tweaks are cheap and fast. Medium enhancements get a fixed quote. Major new features become another QuickBuild: same fixed price, same guarantee, same two-week timeline.
04 Is there a monthly subscription or hosting fee?
Only if you want. We can run, monitor, secure, and maintain your app for you for a reasonable monthly fee. If you'd rather host it yourself, that's fine too — the code is yours.
05 Are you actually using AI, or is this just buzzword bingo?
We use AI where it solves the problem (reading messy invoices, extracting fields from contracts, categorizing emails) and we don't use it where we don't need it. We won't sell you a model when a script will do. We won't sell you a script when a model is what works.
06 What if the problem isn't a fit?
We'll tell you on the scoping call. Some problems aren't right for QuickBuild (anything compliance-heavy, anything requiring deep integrations across many enterprise systems, anything that needs a six-month build). If it's not a fit, we'll say so, and offer other options.
